Welcome to the Winter Season 2019

 

The Winter Season is fast approaching , so here is some information that may help you transition to the winter season smoothly

 

Season

All training will begin week commencing Tuesday 23rd April

Unfortunately Thursday 25th April is a public holiday and there will be no training

 

Monday night competition

Round 1 is Monday 29th April

Saturday competition

Round 1 is Saturday 27th April

Invoices

All invoices for the Winter season have been issued. If you have not received your invoice, please check your junk email folder. If you cannot locate your invoice please email treasurer@boldensbasketball.com to ensure we have your correct email address.

All invoices must be paid by Friday 21st June. Stop play notices will be issued after this date. If you have any questions about invoices or payments please make contact with us as soon as possible – please do not leave it until the due date.

 

Communications

To ensue you receive all communication through out the season, make sure you sign up to one of our Socials – Facebook, Instagram and Team App. We highly recommend you to sign up to Team App, and turn on phone notifications – this will ensure you don’t miss any vital information

Club Contact

If you have any general questions throughout the season, please direct them to your Team Manger who will make contact with your Age Group Coordinator.

If you need to contact the club, please direct all communication to info@boldensbasketball.com and the Club Secretary will forward to the appropriate committee member

 

 

Stadium Contact

All Parents, Players, Coaches & Team Managers are not permitted to approach Aligned Staff (stadium staff) to make complaints or make requests to change game times, change divisions  or change fixtures. The Club has advised the  Aligned team that all of these requests must go though the correct Club channels.

All requests must go through your Team Manager or email info@boldensbasketball.com  Team Managers will be advised on correct process to make changes and who to contact
