We will be holding a BBQ Fundraiser at Cardinia Life on Saturday 9th February
9am to 5pm
The money raised will contribute to our Presentation Day
We need your help!
Each team will need to provide 2 volunteers for 30 minutes throughout the day. A separate email will be sent to ALL Team Managers over the next few days on how to select a time to assist on the day. Time slots will be on a first in basis but all team will be expected to fill a time slot. Team Managers will need to find volunteers within their team, If you are willing to assist please let your Team Manager know.
We will need to cover 9am to 5pm. A Committee member will also be present throughout the day
We will also be holding a raffle on the day to raise money for Helping Hoops.
Helping Hoops is an independent charity running free basketball programs for over 1,000 underprivileged children. They are not solely focused on improving skills, but also uses basketball to instill values that benefit children in their lives outside of sport.
