Terms and Conditions β Uniform & Merchandise OrdersThese Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of basketball uniforms and merchandise
(βProductsβ) from Boldens Basketball Club (βthe Clubβ).
By placing an order, you agree to the following:
1. Ordersβ All orders must be placed through the Clubβs official ordering process (online form,
email, or in-person as directed).
β Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received.
β The Club reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
2. Paymentβ Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
β Accepted payment methods are as specified by the Club (e.g., bank transfer, card,
cash).
β No item will be released until full payment has cleared.
3. Pricingβ Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change without notice.
β Any special offers or discounts will only apply if clearly stated at the time of order.
4. Delivery & Collectionβ Uniforms and merchandise are generally distributed through team managers,
coaches, or at scheduled collection times.
β The Club does not guarantee specific delivery dates, as some items are
custom-ordered through suppliers.
β Once items are collected or delivered, responsibility for them passes to the
purchaser.
5. Product Informationβ Uniform sizing charts and samples may be made available, but it is the purchaserβs
responsibility to ensure correct sizing is chosen.
β Colours, designs, or branding may vary slightly from online images or samples due to
supplier variations.
6. Club Rightsβ The Club reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
β By ordering, you acknowledge and accept any updates or changes.
Refund & Returns Policy β Uniform & Merchandise OrdersThe Club complies with Australian Consumer Law and provides refunds, exchanges, or
replacements where goods are faulty, significantly different from their description, or
otherwise fail to meet consumer guarantees.
1. Change of Mind / Incorrect Size
β Refunds or exchanges are not available if you:
β Change your mind,
β Order the wrong size, or
β No longer require the item.
β To assist with sizing, please ensure you use the sizing guides or samples provided
before placing an order.
2. Faulty or Damaged Itemsβ If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement,
repair, or refund as required by Australian Consumer Law.
β Claims must be made within 14 days of collection by contacting the Clubβs Uniform
Coordinator or Committee.
β Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for all claims.
3. Customised or Special Ordersβ Items that are customised (e.g., with player names or numbers) cannot be returned
or refunded unless they are faulty or incorrect due to a Club or supplier error.
4. Process for Returns/Refundsβ Requests must be submitted in writing to the Uniform Coordinator at
uniforms@boldensbasketball.com.
β The Club will advise how and where to return the item.
β Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days, via the original
payment method where possible.
