The President provides leadership and strategic oversight of the club, chairing meetings and representing the club publicly. They ensure the committee and members align with the club’s goals, oversee planning and finances in collaboration with the Treasurer, and act as the main liaison with Aligned, PDBA, and other club Presidents. The President supports governance, handles external complaints, participates in tribunal matters, and guides communication, including social media and urgent updates.
Vice President - Operations
Michael Wilson
The Vice President – Operations supports the President and steps in when required to ensure smooth club operations. They act as a key contact for Age Group Coordinators, manage internal team and coach-related complaints alongside the Secretary, and oversee the Junior Coaches Program. This role also involves handling member feedback, participating in team selections, and representing the club at external meetings when the President is unavailable.
Secretary
Melissa Rea
The Secretary is responsible for the club’s administrative coordination, including organising committee meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and managing correspondence. They maintain official records, handle internal complaints, and assist with key events such as the AGM and seasonal information sessions. The Secretary ensures compliance with reporting obligations and supports the Executive Committee as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Vice President - Registrar
Belinda McNamara
The Vice President – Registrar manages all aspects of player registration and team allocation in PlayHQ, including creating forms, entering teams, and filling vacancies. They coordinate grading and fixture requests, manage forfeits and court hire, and ensure smooth communication with PDBA. This role also oversees team lists, finals eligibility, and ensures key updates and competition information are shared with members. As part of the Team Selection sub-committee, they help facilitate balanced team formation each season.
Treasurer
Jill Woodbridge
The Treasurer manages the club’s finances, maintaining accurate records, overseeing bank accounts, and preparing the annual budget. They present financial reports at meetings, handle invoicing and payments, and ensure timely reconciliation of all transactions. The Treasurer also monitors outstanding player fees, safeguards banking details, and produces audited financial statements for the AGM.

The Uniforms & Merchandise Coordinator manages all aspects of club apparel, from processing orders and allocating jersey numbers to coordinating supplier relationships and delivery. They organise try-on sessions, handle stock distribution, manage loan and clash tops, and oversee the club’s merchandise program. This role also maintains accurate stock records and ensures timely communication of order windows, pricing, and collection processes.

The Social Media & Website Coordinator manages the club’s online presence by keeping the website updated and overseeing all social media activity across Facebook and Instagram. They promote club initiatives, share key updates, and help engage the broader community through timely and consistent communication.
